BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Book Direct with Central Suites and get all the best bits. When you book with Central Suites Hotel on our website, we offer our most competitive rates and other things that we believe will make a difference to your stay. To enable us to give you these great rates and little touches, all we ask is that you arrive and stay on the nights you’ve booked.
RATES
We keep our rates simple and competitive and we’ll throw in special offers from time to time too. Choose from:
NON-REFUNDABLE: OUR BEST RATE
• Best rates for your stay
• Payment is taken from the supplied credit card within 24hours of booking
• Cannot be cancelled
REFUNDABLE: FULLY FLEXIBLE
• Competitive rates with greater flexibility
• Payment is taken from the supplied credit card within 5 day prior to arrival
• Change or cancel your booking for free online up to 3pm the 5 day before arrival
PREPAYMENT OF BOOKINGS
If payment for your booking is rejected by you or your credit/debit card company, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. Should you then need to rebook, you can book again via our website and choose a rate and available room(s) at that time.
AMENDING YOUR BOOKING
Our refundable rates allow you to amend or cancel your booking until 3pm the 5 day before arrival.
You’ll be charged any increase in rate for the new room and/or dates and you can take care of all the changes yourself on our website.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
Our refundable rates are eligible for cancellation without charge, as long as you cancel anytime up to 3pm the 5 day before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel after this point, the full booking value is charged as a cancellation fee.
Bookings on our non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation. Should you cancel your non-refundable booking, the full amount charged at the time of booking is retained as a cancellation fee.
You’ll be charged any increase in rate for the new room and/or dates. Should you wish to cancel your booking after 3pm the 5 day before your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full amount. If payment for your booking is subsequently rejected by you or your credit/debit card company, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. Should you then need to rebook, you can book again via our website and choose a rate and available room(s) at that time.
Bookings made via third parties and online travel agent websites will be subject to the booking terms and conditions agreed to by the guest and the third party.
FORGET TO ARRIVE?
In the event you don’t arrive as planned, the prepaid amount will be held as the cancellation fee. If you’ve booked for two nights or longer, we’ll hold your room until 12noon the next day. Should we not hear from you by this time we’ll assume you’re not coming and the remaining nights will be released for others guests to book. Your prepaid amount will be held as the cancellation fee.
LONG-STAY BOOKINGS
We may contact you if you’ve booked more than 5 nights, just to verify everything with you. We may ask for additional information from you in order to retain your reservation with us.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check In Time is 2pm. Check Out Time is 12pm.
PET POLICY
Sorry but we do not allow pets at Central Suites.
SMOKING POLICY
Central Suites does not allow smoking anywhere on the premises except balconies. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged €50 as an additional cleaning fee and also by liable for any damage to their room.
DAMAGE TO OUR PROPERTY
We like our rooms and hotel to look good for all of our guests. If you cause damage to your room or any part of Central Suites, or remove items as souvenirs which are not included in your rate - such as the TV or our art work - we'll charge your credit/debit card with the replacement value.
EXTRA BEDS
We don’t provide extra beds for our rooms.
YOUR ROOM
Please note that all bedrooms at Central Suites are slightly different, therefore the images you see online will not always be an exact representation of the room you will be provided during your stay. Our size categories are clearly displayed on our website, with the images being reflective of these sizes. If you have any concerns regarding your room, please let our guest services team know as soon as possible straight after checking-in.
Personal Data Protection
We, as Central Suites("Company"), act with utmost sensitivity in terms of the protection of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach utmost importance that all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons related to the Company -including persons that benefit from our products and services as companies- are processed and stored in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDP Law”). With full understanding of this responsibility and acting in the capacity of “Data Controller” as defined in PDP Law, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limitation.
1. Data Controller and Its Representative
As per Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698), your personal data may be processed by Central Suites located at the address of Kocatepe mahallesi, Aşıklar Sk. No:3, Taksim, Beyoğlu, Istanbul as data controller.
2. For What Purposes the Personal Data Shall be Processed
Your personal data collected shall be processed within the framework of performing our business operations under personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 to ensure that the works necessary for you to enjoy products and services provided by our Company are carried out by our business units; products and services provided by our Company are customized and offered to your taste, habits of use and needs; human resources policies of our Company are implemented; our Company and people that have business relationships with our Company are legally and commercially protected; commercial and business strategies of our Company are determined and implemented.
3. Processing of Special Personal Data
According to PDP Law, information about people's race, ethnicity, political thought, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and clothing, membership to an association, foundation or trade union, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and safety precautions as well as their biometrical and genetic data are special personal data. Our Company sufficiently takes measures specified by Personal Data Protection Board in terms of processing special data. In order to provide better service, our Company shall only process special personal data by receiving the related person's consent and only in line with the purpose of collection.
4. To Whom and for What Purposes the Processed Personal Data Shall be Transferred
Your personal data collected shall be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates and legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of performing our business operations under personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 to ensure that the works necessary for you to enjoy products and services provided by our Company are carried out by our business units; products and services provided by our Company are customized and offered to your taste, habits of use and needs; human resources policies of our Company are implemented; our Company and people that have business relationships with our Company are legally and commercially protected; commercial and business strategies of our Company are determined and implemented.
5. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected by our Company through techniques and process methods in different channels such as website, call center and physical channels within the framework of legal reasons that arise from and are enforced based on the rules of related legislation, contract, demands, commercial practice and good faith which are implemented in the delivery of our commercial services by using aforementioned channels and performance of our business operations. Your personal data collected for such legal reason may be processed and transferred within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing stated in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes given in Articles (b) and (c) of the Information Text.
6. The Rights of Personal Data Subject as Stipulated in Article 11 of Law No.6698
In the event that you claim your rights as personal data subjects, our Company shall finalize your claim as soon as possible and within maximum thirty days based on the nature of the claim. However, if the process requires additional cost, our Company shall collect the charge determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data subjects are entitled to:
• Learn whether their personal data are processed or not,
• Request information if their personal data are processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for intended purposes,
• know the third persons to whom their personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
• Request correction if their personal data are processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request that the third persons to whom such data are transferred are informed accordingly,
• Request that their personal data are deleted or destroyed, if the reasons for processing are no longer available, even if they are processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other related laws, and request that the third persons to whom such data are transferred are informed accordingly,
• Object to a detrimental result that arises from the analysis of the processed data exclusively via automated systems,
• Claim for damages if they suffer loss as their personal data are not processed in accordance with law.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how we gather, define, and use Personal Data that you provide to us when using our website or when relying on our hospitality services. Please take a moment to read this Privacy Policy carefully. Please note that if you plan to submit someone else’s Personal Data to us, for instance when making a booking on their behalf, you may only provide us with that person’s details with their consent and after they have been given access to information about how we will use their details, including the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy
Unless willingly given by the visitor of our website, we do not collect any private information from the users.

HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS
In the context of the hotel booking process – whether this takes place online on our website, through an online booking channel, via a travel agent, through our call center or directly at the hotel – we process your Personal Data for the purpose of (i) enabling you to reserve a room in the hotel of your choice; (ii) verifying the availability of the hotel and to administer the booking; (iii) sending you a booking confirmation; and (iv) sending you non-commercial pre-arrival emails.
HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
When staying at the our hotel, we will collect and process your Personal Data for the purposes of (i) registering your arrival and departure at the hotel; (ii) assigning you a key to your room; (iii) obtaining a credit card guarantee or hotel deposit to ensure payment of your stay; (iv) managing (and archiving) your hotel registration card; (v) creating or updating your profile in our hotel management system; (vi) assessing your eligibility for a room upgrade and managing this if applicable; (vii) managing payment of your stay; (viii) establishing, printing or sending an invoice for your stay; and (ix) paying a commission to your travel agent (if applicable).
In the event you have booked a room in our hotel but do not show up – without cancelling – on the date of arrival communicated, we will process your Personal Data for the purposes of (i) cancelling your stay and any other reservation you may have made; and (ii) managing, processing and settling any outstanding payment that may be due.
HOTEL STAY
When you stay in our hotel, we endeavor to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This requires processing your Personal Data for the purposes of providing specific services during your hotel stay. These services include (i) housekeeping and maintenance; (ii) returning lost or forgotten items to you; and/or (iii) managing your and your co-guests’ preferences, such as dietary requirements, in order to provide you with a better service during your stay with us.
HOTEL GUEST ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES
In our hotel you can benefit from additional services, such as breakfast, room service, laundry services, taxi requests, free Wi-Fi, etc. In the event you make use of additional services or facilities at our hotel, your Personal Data may be processed to (i) manage the booking and use of such additional hotel services and/or facilities; (ii) administer any advance bookings of additional services and/or facilities to your file; (iii) personalize returning guests’ arrival to the hotel and the choice of room amenities and room features; and (iv) manage the expenses incurred for such additional services and/or facilities.
Your private information and data can only be used for the aforementioned purposes, and during the legal proceedings based on a court decree or the legal proceedings.

COLLECTION OF OTHER NON-PRIVATE USER INFORMATION
We do collect the features such as user intensity, pages visited, hit rates during the visitor’ navigation in our website on automatic and unanimous basis. Such data is only used for determining the hit rate of different pages and sections without any connection with the private information of the visitors. Similarly, where the cookie technology, which identifies how and which pages are visited, is used; this usage only serves the purpose of determining the hit rates of different chapters of the website on statistical basis, and this is not a personalized application.
